Appointments

My clinics are in London N4 and N2. Please see the Contact page for the full address for N4. I’m very happy to make home visits in the local area for new mums or those less able to come to my clinic. Please contact me for N2 appointments or to discuss a home visit in either location.

Book an appointment below.

What to expect

For adults, young people and babies we will talk through the reasons why you have come to the clinic, as well as covering your medical background.

For pregnant women and women who have recently given birth we will also talk about conception, pregnancy and birth. For babies we will discuss their gestation and birth.

Next an examination will be carried out and from here a discussion about what is going on, and we will agree a treatment plan. From here we will then be able to start treatment, if this is appropriate.

What to wear

Wearing loose and comfortable clothing makes treatment easier.  So that I am able to carry out a thorough assessment and examination I may ask you to undress to your underwear.

Consent

All patients are asked to give their consent before receiving treatment.  General Practitioner details are requested, and consent to contact them if necessary. Babies, children and young people are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian until the age of 16.

After treatment

After musculoskeletal treatment adults might feel some discomfort for 24-48 hours.  Babies may be more unsettled.  If you have any concerns at all it is best to contact me straight away.  We can then discuss what is happening or even ask you to come in for a quick check-up.

After treatment I may give you things that you can do to help relieve discomfort, as well as offering nutritional and exercise advice.

It’s best to avoid vigorous activity such as sport or lifting after treatment for 24 hours if possible.
